Guilt: What is it?

Things you think you should have done but you didn’t. There are many things that make people feel guilt.

How can you tell the difference between guilt and shame?

Does this feeling prevent you from doing what you want to do?

Do you want to withdraw from or avoid things, people places or situations that remind you of it?

Are you frozen and unable to problem solve?

Do you have harsh or negative self-judgement about who are you are as a person?

If you answered yes to one or more you are suffering from shame.

You most likely feel stuck in shame and guilt.
